How It Works
Signing up takes a couple of minutes. Download the app, create your account, and pick the Wash Club that fits your car and your budget. From then on, a quick scan at any CK's Car Wash location gets you washing.

How do I sign up? +
Download the CK's Car Wash app from the App Store or Google Play, register your vehicle, choose Basic, Great, or Showroom Shine, and you're good to go.
How do I start a wash at the kiosk? +
Open the app and scan the QR code on the top-right of the wash kiosk. Your wash starts right up—no code to type, no card to swipe.
What do the Wash Clubs cost, and what's included? +
Basic is $28 a month (hot wash and dry). Great is $38 a month (adds undercarriage wash, triple foam shine, and vehicle protectant). Showroom Shine is $48 a month (adds hot wax, our Ceramic Shield finish, and the longest dry). Every club lets you wash every day if you like, and every price includes tax. Whichever you choose, your first month is $19.99.
Which locations accept the app? +
All of them. Your Wash Club works at every CK's Car Wash location. See all locations.
When will I be billed? +
The day you sign up becomes your monthly billing date. Your first month is $19.99, and your regular Wash Club rate begins on your second billing date. Your plan auto-renews each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel, and do I get a refund? +
Just tap Cancel in the app. That stops any further billing, and you can keep washing until your current 30-day membership runs out from your last renewal date. There's no partial refund—your membership simply stays active through the period you've already paid for, then ends.
Can I switch Wash Clubs later? +
Anytime—just tap Change Plan in the app. If you upgrade, you're billed the difference and the new club takes effect right away. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I use my plan on more than one vehicle? +
Each plan covers one vehicle. To cover another car, tap Add New Plan in the app and register that vehicle—you can manage all of them from the same account.
Can I still buy a single wash without the app? +
Absolutely. Our self-serve and touch-free bays still take payment right at the bay. See individual washes.
